Full production support for the spectacular Salsa Kingdom [new window] festival weekend at Southport Convention Centre was provided by Mainline sub-contracted to The Audio Group [new window]. Shows including The Magic of Salsa, live salsa bands, performances, dance workshops and parties. The production consisted of live sound PA, lighting equipment and numerous sound engineer, lighting engineer, stage and crewing services.

Equipment and services overview: Logic System VA stage-stacked; Logic System LM15 stage monitors & CA side-fill monitors; Allen & Heath iLive T112 / iDR48 digital mixing desk; Pioneer CDJ 1000 CD for backing track playback; Lighting: Martin MAC 250 & MAC 300 intelligent moving heads, LED intelligent lighting; PAR generic stage lights; Pearl Expert Titan lighting control desk; live sound / mix engineers; lighting operators; stage hands.

Boasting an enviable reputation as a great, friendly, boutique music festival featuring up-coming and established talent. For the 2008 and 2009 festivals, Mainline and partners supplied PA and lighting equipment, stage management, event production and other event services, and were part of the A&R and artiste liaison team. The festival is currently seeking new finance and backing.
